Home CPR Party

Host a CPR Party at Home

Invite the people you care about. Learn the skills that save lives. A CPR party is one of the most meaningful gatherings you will ever host — practical, social, and something your guests will genuinely thank you for.

The Concept

What Is a CPR Party?

A CPR party is exactly what it sounds like: you invite friends, family, or neighbors to your home, and a certified instructor leads everyone through hands-on CPR and AED training.

Think of it as a gathering with purpose. Instead of small talk over appetizers (though you are welcome to have those too), your group spends a couple of hours learning skills that could genuinely save someone's life.

The atmosphere is relaxed and supportive. There are no tests unless your group wants certification. No judgment for being a beginner. Just real practice on real manikins, guided by a patient instructor who makes it accessible for everyone.

At the end of the evening, every person in the room walks away knowing what to do if someone they love stops breathing or their heart stops beating. That is a powerful thing.

What to Expect

How the Evening Unfolds

A typical CPR party runs about two hours. Here is what your group can expect.

15 min

Arrival & Introduction

Settle in, meet your instructor, and learn what to expect. We set a relaxed, encouraging tone from the start.

60–90 min

Hands-On CPR Training

The heart of the session. Every participant practices chest compressions and rescue breathing on professional manikins. Adult, child, and infant CPR covered.

15–20 min

AED Overview

Learn how to use an automated external defibrillator. We walk through the steps with a training AED so it feels familiar, not intimidating.

15–20 min

Q&A and Extra Practice

Ask anything. Practice more. This is your time to build confidence and address the scenarios that matter most to your group.

Optional additions: Some hosts serve light refreshments before or after training. If your group wants certification, we add a brief skills test at the end. Both are entirely up to you.
